Can I change my reservation?
Yes, you can request to change the dates and/or type of accommodation of your stay at least 21 days before your original arrival date. You will have to book a new stay in our campsite during the same season as your initial stay, subject to availability and current rates (see detailed conditions in our GTC).

Is the campsite secure at night?
Yes, the campsite is secured by a gate closed from 10 pm to 7 am.
Can I rent a cot or high chair?
Yes, you can rent a cot or high chair, subject to availability. Please book in advance.
Is there a cleaning service for mobile homes?
Yes, an end-of-stay cleaning service is available. This does not include washing up or rubbish disposal. This service must be booked on site.
Are pets allowed on the campsite?
Yes, pets are welcome at Les Îles à Passy. Dogs and cats are welcome, provided they are kept on a leash to ensure the peace and comfort of all our guests.
